This was my first purchase from Vanquish Fitness and it arrived in good time. I was immediately impressed with the quality and fit of the sweatpants. However i noticed there was an issue with the stitching of a pocket so I contacted customer service and received a reply from Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely prompt, very helpful and offered to replace the sweatpants or to send me a voucher to the value of the original purchase, including the postage, so I could buy a different item. The issue was resolved in the space of a few hours and I can't fault the customer service. I will be purchasing from VQ again in the future. Chris
