I was really pleased with my order, both items seemed really good quality and looked great. Unfortunately the stitching started to come away at the seam on the top. I contacted customer services and recieved a reply almost immediately. They sent me a gift card refunding the cost of the top and the shipping charge the next day. I didn't have to return the faulty top which was great as I was spared the inconvenience of having to print return labels and go to the post office. Really impressed with the customer service. Will definitely order from them again and recommend them to others.
