I had an issue with Eclipse tapered pants. I contacted Vanquish and described the issue with photos. Chris from Vanquish contacted me within 24 hours and provided direct replacement or gift cart for item to remedy the problem. Warranty process was easy and Chris was great! Definitely will continue to buy from Vanquish! Thanks Chris!!
