Very good customer service and care. There was an issue with delivery (UPS) and I emailed VFit team regarding this. I spoke to Jordan who was very helpful and gave me a full refund for my delivery charge as was expected next day but there was a delay. Jordan’s response was very fast and couldn’t have been more helpful.
