Overall, this has been a very costly, and overall bad retail experience. I was fine with the initial shipping charges, but got hit with an additional CAD$26 of customs charges when the item hit Canada. Add to this, the fact that the item fit poorly (despite being the recommended size by their on-site fit predictor, the pants were way too loose - don't believe the images on how snug these fit on the calves). thus I had to return them, hitting me with an additional 20 pound return delivery charge. Ultimately, I paid more for shipping and customs than the cost of the now returned item. This has been a total waste of my time and money. I do not recommend buying from this brand if you are outside the UK.
