Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, welcher einen kleinen Fehler hatte. Ich habe morgens um 08:00 Uhr eine E-Mail zum Kundenservice verschickt. Nicht ein mal 2 Stunden später bekam ich eine Rückmeldung. Mir wurde angeboten, dass ich einen neuen Artikel bekommen könnte oder einen Gutschein erhaltet. Die Versandkosten wurden auch übernommen. Sehr schneller und einfacher Kundenservice! Sehr zu empfehlen!!
