I had a problem with one of my delivered items and so reported it back with photos to the customer services department. I received an email back very quickly (the next day) with an apology & an offer of a refund or a credit note. I happily took the second option and I was very pleased with how I’ve been dealt with by Charlotte, who was very apologetic and seemed very happy to help me. Many thanks to her! Very pleased with the service and hope to get a replacement pair of trousers very soon.
