I love VQfit. Been a customer for a few years now and today their service was nothing short of terrific. I was assisted by Charlotte in rectifying a faulty refund issue which resulted in losing out on some items that I really wanted that I had bought during an exclusive online sale. Emailed customer support and was met with swift responses AND got the missed items taken care of in a separate order with the shipping costs covered by VQ even though the sale was already over. Charlotte was truly exceptional, the most painless experience ever. Favorite athletic-wear brand period!
