I bought 4 pieces during the sale period. I understood that it would take time because it was shipped overseas, but the contents of the package I received were only three.
When I emailed that one of the items I received was missing, I immediately received a reply asking me to send a picture of the item and bag I received from Charlotte.
As soon as I emailed the photo of the missing one and the bag, she prepared for additional shipping. Charlotte is grateful for the kind response to my poor English email.
