DO NOT USE!!! Vanquish completely failed to deliver my package and have dismissed a further 3 emails from myself stating that I have not received anything. IT’S BEEN 4 WEEKS! The only email they responded to gave a fake apology, claimed to reship the items and offered a free £10 gift card if I completed three separate reviews which they have also failed to follow up on which is a very clever way to bribe reviews out of their customers. The fact that such an established company can think it’s okay to treat paying customers in such a way is disgusting. They don’t even have an office contact number so I have to rely on their incompetent customer service email.
