I start with saying that Vanquish is definitely my favourite brand for training clothes, unfortunately for one order I’ve been asked to pay a customer fee from ups, I asked to the customer service how to solve the problem and CHARLOTTE helped me to solve the situation with a discount code of the amount of the customer fee. I’m totally satisfied of the customer service.
