I made a mistake in the size of a t shirt and send it back via the exchange form route. Chris wrote to me the day after I had sent it confirming the correct size item would be dispatched within the next 24/48 hours and a confirmation email was right in my inbox with the new product detail.
I was well surprised to having had a response in less than 24 hours after having applied for the exchange!
Wow! Hats off for such great customer service in such busy times!!
