Brilliant product and fabulous service from Vanquish, and CHRIS in particular is an absolute star. Silly me, I bought the wrong size vest - but I used the return form and the very clear exchange process, and what do you know? Within 2 days of sending the vests back I get a lovely e-mail from CHRIS explaining that replacements are on their way. Why can't all companies be as good as Vanquish? Because they don't have CHRIS working there!! Thank you Vanquish and thank you CHRIS
