I’m delighted to report that I was recently on the receiving end of some Excellent customer service that I felt should be recognised and appreciated. I had purchased a number of items from Vanquish clothing and had been Really impressed with the quality and fit, but there was just One piece that I needed another size in. I completed the returns form as guided on the website and prepared my parcel for dispatch back to them. After some time away and life passing by as it does, I realised that I hadn’t had my refund…pretty Certain that I had sent the item back, I had one last check everywhere before making contact with Vanquish, only to find my parcel packaged up and still at the back of my wardrobe! Silly me!! I made contact with Vanquish just on the off chance that there was Something that they could do as by that point I had Just overrun my 28 days return time allowance, and Chris, the agent that I dealt with very kindly replied letting me know that they would honour my exchange still, as a special good Will gesture. I was absolutely over the moon and to be frank quite surprised and taken back, but this was instantly out weighed by my joy at them offering to do so! Absolutely Brilliant customer service guys, the garments have been Top notch so far and I look forward to receiving my exchanged item in the post very soon as per the confirmation that they’ve already sent me. Chris was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with, Superb level of service and understanding all round👏 Thank you
