I like Vanquish’s clothing esthetic. I have gotten quite a few items to check out what they have to offer. However, after getting three pairs of the seamless leggings I have found an issue. Two of them in a month period of time started coming apart at the seams in the crotch area. I was able to get a replacement pair for the first one’s and have received those. Time will only tell if they come apart. The second pair I opted to get a gift card to replace with something else from the website be a they do not offer an actual refund. Melissa was super helpful and assisted me in getting those things done. Another thing I am pretty frustrated about is I bought a jacket which was cute but a little too oversized, I would say the size guide is a bit off. I asked to have an exchange, not a refund, and they do not offer that. It’s 2024 and they want me to pay for shipping and to print a label to send the item back. Honestly it was too much of a pain so I just wear the jacket on my lazy days even though it does look a little ridiculous. Overall the customer service for this brand is pretty helpful but I’m giving it three stars because of the quality control issues and the lack of options for customer service. It’s not the customer service representatives fault that the brand is behind the times.
