never buy from them. Faulty item and poor customer services
Received an item that was faulty. Emailed photos of the fault. They offered stored credit which I accepted as didn’t want to have to pay myself to send them back and thought could order different item from them. Weeks have gone by and no voucher issued. Very slow response to emails. Finally responded saying they were sending a new item which was not what was originally agreed
