I purchased an item at the Arnold this year and after a month it started to come apart on the seam. I contacted customer service at VQ and Chris responded to be within a few hours. He asked for pictures to see the item and he was so upset that happened and was willing to send a new item of the same or a gift card for the value. He really went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and had a new item shipped out to me the next day. Thank you so much Chris for standing behind your company merchandise. I will be ordering more from you since I do love your clothing line.
