Their customer service is really really terrible. I have never experienced such the terribly service and never seen such a terribly company. I have ordered items from this company many times, and I am waiting for the items now. However the items has not arrived for a long time, and I cannot track the shipments. So I asked them to check the status and progress of the shipments, but they did nothing. I sent emails for questions many times to resolve this problems but they don't answer my questions. This is almost fraud. I will never buy items from them, and please do not buy from them. I want to alert this to police if I live in UK.
