Spoke to Charlotte from Vanquish Fitness and no only was she polite and kind, she promptly replied to my query about shipping.
This is my first time shopping with them and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and in particular with Charlotte.
Can't wait to get my gear, but based on customer service alone I will def. shop there again.
