I ordered my clothes on Black Friday because I could miss the deal. It shipped out the next day which was a huge surprise because of the volume I’m sure they were getting with the deals. I notice when my order came in one of the shirts had a little problem which was nothing crazy at all. I’m sure it was from the travel and the tag getting stuck on the VQ logo. I wrote in to let VQ know about the problem and within 20mins I got a email which is just insane how fast it was. I spoke to CHELSEA which helped me out right away and was super nice. They went above and beyond and gave me a few choices. Sent out my next t shirt right away with DHL express:) once again this is why I shop and wear VQ because they care about their costumes and make it right!!! Thanks again CHELSEA
