Hands down best online customer service I've dealt with. Delivery took a bit longer than usual due to Black Friday madness, however Chelsea was very responsive and transparent when I opened a ticket to get a status update. Upon receiving the items, there was a minor issue with 1 of the joggers which was immediately resolved by offering me multiple options to rectify this without having to take any action myself. Quality clothing and top notch customer service.
