After receiving a faulty item I contacted customer services where Chelsea was very helpful and friendly in rectifying the situation. I was upset as the item I ordered was for a birthday present but Chelsea was very helpful and sent me out a replacement. Overall I am very happy with my customer service experience and I will be dealing with Vanquish again :) thank you
