I received two pairs of pants that I ordered online, I noticed a rip on one of the pockets and sent an email to customer support. Charlotte from customer support got back to me the same day, has two options to resolve the situation and the situation couldn’t of been handled any better. Very satisfied with the products and the customer service I received.
