I had ordered a pair of pants. The first time I wore them they unfortunately tore at the seam. I contact Vanquish to let them know what happened. Chelsea was quick to respond and offered to give me a gift card or order the same pair of pants. She even covered the cost of shipping for my gift card. I am very happy with the customer service she provided!
