Chelsea, Vanquish Fitness Customer Service Manager, is the BEST. When I was having some issues with other customer service reps. on my item exchange, she jumped in immediately and provide fast & accurate services for me. She even sincerely apologized me about the service delays/issues provided by her team members. Chelsea also provided me with gift cards! Can’t complain with her customer caring and services.
