I placed an order for some joggers in March, which I was extremely happy with. So happy, that I placed the order once more last week. I had a slight problem, that was the joggers that just arrived weren't the same as the ones in March, however, no biggy, there was nothing wrong with them, they are still incredibly good quality and look great, and I will wear them. I dropped an email to VQ customer support as a courtesy, and within minutes I gained a reply. I am so impressed with the team at VQ, Charlotte and Chelsea handled my situation with the utmost professionalism and generosity of a gift card which they certainly didn't have to do.
