I ordered the new contrast joggers for men, and received a pair were the sewing was flossed and ripped.
I contacted customer service and got a hold of an employee named Chelsea.
Within a couple of hours Chelsea had issued a gift card for me, so i could buy a new pair of pants!
So kind and professional service!
