Ordered a pair of joggers, which there was an issue with once they had arrived. I contacted customer service and was in contact with Charlotte, who quickly resolved my issue, and sorted me out with a replacement pair.
Personally, the best customer service I have received from an apparel company. Charlotte went above and beyond to resolve the issue, that's what I call great customer service. Thank you for your help Charlotte, and have a great day
