Shopping at VQ has always been good with their quality and products. I had an issue with one of my products that was Damaged so I sent VQ an email explaining the issue I had and they got back to me straight away the next day and got me in touch with an advisor called Charlotte who was more than helpful and help me resolve my issue straight away. Very kind and helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased so thank you VQ and Charlotte for helping me resolve my issue. the customer service at VQ is excellent.
