VTNZ newlynn portage road, went for my driver's license renewal, there was an indian lady at the counter who was very rude and ignorant. Looking at my old license, the expiry was this month but the new license expiry was in 2033. I gave them both of my licence and they should have checked the expiry dates on my new card before they charged me money. When I got home, I found out that my new license wasn't expiring till 2033. I called VTNZ straight away and asked them for refund since it was a mistake and my license wasn't expiring this month at all. They were too busy to help on phone so I went back to newlynn VTNZ again. I told them what happened and asked for refund, the indian lady said to me they did what I told them, so I said to her I gave you guys my old and new license and you guys checked my both license before you charged me. The lady was very rude and blamed everything on me instead of taking half of her fault as well. I'm not going back there again.
