I booked a full licence test for today(19/12/2024). Got myself ready for it. And received the following message TODAY, on the day the test was scheduled for. Here it is:
Hi, the Testing Officer scheduled to take your test TODAY is unavailable. Your test is RESCHEDULED to the SAME TIME and MOVED to 9TH JANUARY at VTNZ FRANKTON. Arrive 30mins prior to your booking slot to avoid delays. Manage your booking via www.nzta.govt.nz or 0800 822 422. VTNZ - NO REPLY
No offer of any compensation, not even an apology like "sorry for your inconvenience". As if rubbing it to my face with "Tough luck to you and we don't care what are you gonna do about it hah?" Wow, just wow... Bureaucratic attitude at it's worst.
