Avoid this Airline. Terrible Customer Service; no employee seems to care about their job. If anything goes wrong, and it will, you can never speak to a supervisor to escalate a claim. My baggage complied with cabin baggage specifications and I paid for more expensive checked bags and they double-charged me and put it in the hold anyway. I complied with a gate agent's instructions about filing for a refund (for double-charged bags in the hold) and got canned responses, then lies, and eventually no refund or flight credit after weeks of back-and-forth. Their customer service prevent you from talking with supervisors and are instead focused on extracting as much money as possible from passengers while providing no discernible customer “service” at all. I'll avoid Vueling at all costs and recommend people fly on other airlines and never this low-cost carrier.
