This is not specific to Vuori shop in Palo Alto, but more about online shopping experience and Vuori shop in Santana Row. I initially ordered Vuori AllTheFeels Legging (Cosmic) and Halo Performance Crop 2.0 (Smoke Blue Heather). Two days after I got the order confimation email, I got an email that the 2nd one will not be shipped because it's out of stock. I got very disappointed because it was available when I made a purchase in your online shop. It felt like you prioritized someone else over me because this change happened 2 days after my purchase. Also, other retail shops like Lululemon provide buttons that has 'Notify me when it gets availalbe'; however, Vuori doesn't provide it at all and it seems that you don't manufacture the same model anymore when it gets out of stock.
Also, I find the staffs in Vuori shop in Santana Row not very kind to customers. Their attitude is somewhat cocky and sometimes look down on customers. When I look around to find something, staffs in other fitness clothing shops usally come to me and ask if I'm looking for something. The staffs in Vuori Santana Row are not really willing to help even though they are not working on something at that moment. I like the Vuori brand, but customer service in some of offline stores are not very friendly or pleasant.
