I purchased 2 items as I had a gift card . The zip up hoddie was too big in the Large, so I wanted to exchange it for a Medium. I realized that the website is not set up for exchanges, so I had to purchase a Medium and return the Large. It appears it all worked out, but I was concerned that I would not have the gift card applied to the order. I am still waiting to confirm the transaction but I do appreciate the ability to communicate. I had purchased a jacket in store at the spectrum and the stitching came out after 2 wears and I got a gift card as I had not worn it immeadiatly after purchase and I was past the return date. I love Vuori and will continue to purchase. Having an exchange would be helpful.
