You ran out of stock for the hoodie I wanted and was told that there will be a subtantial delay in replacing the inventory. As a result I tried to used the gift certificate after returning the originally hoodie which was too small and order a pair of pants which looks substantially different than what was shown on web page. Now I have to return this which is another unwanted trip to the store a considerable distance away. So far not what I was expecting.
