I purchased a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife on a Tuesday and paid for 2 day expedited to make sure it arrived on Friday. I never received any updates with a delay, and on Friday I called for an update and I was told it hasn’t shipped yet. I didn’t receive the order until the following Tuesday. They refunded the expedited shipping and applied 20% off after I requested it, but I was still extremely disappointed with the mess up.
