I was super stoked to receive my Copenhagen set. When it arrived, the package was torn and items were damaged, so I sent it back within 1 hour of receiving it. I called to see about just having an exchange of the exact items sent, rather than a refund, to ensure it was still available. I was then told that the stock was getting low and I would have to wait for refund and then place new order, which meant it would probably not be available in stock at that time. Rather than the order simply being replaced and sent, even though they could see return was on its way and you already had received full payment, I am just without it and had ordered it for an event. Was hopeful for a better outcome.
