I do love the brand and the items I currently have - some I have had for over 5 years. But the ordering experience overall and especially when you receive a discount is disappointing. Especially when you receive an item that has quality issues. I was told that I couldn't be helped over the phone, which means waiting for days for a response. Then to require all the photos and information via a form - that takes time. To then receive a response that is less than ideal (just wash the item, it'll be fine). No, I sent it back and now my discount is gone. No, not ordering again at full price.
For the past few years the quality has definitely declined. For margins? You are losing customers. For instance, I bought a Strato Tech Tee 3 years ago and actually am wearing it at this moment. Still soft and no flaws. I purchased one for my son a few months back and after 2 wears, it was horribly pilled. How do I trust to purchase when the quality issues continue and the response is is not about an investment in happiness.
Bottom line - I'd return less if your sizing were consistent and quality were better. Vuori has the opportunity to excel past Lululemon in my opinion but you have to focus on quality - why I originally fell in love with the brand.
