I use the E-pens which i find better due to being able to stregthen the puff to your preference.
Only two issues I have found that I have had to replace two pens due to same issue with the metal connector coming away from main external plastic case and never fitting back correctly which then ends up with wires breaking. Also i have the hard case which when filled with two spare cartriges and USB connector as designed for, the pen sometimes if pressed and heats up quite hot when not in use.
