Very easy to use . I have had a leak with the crisp mint capsule so had to get rid of that one and replace it with another new one . Couldn't figure out why it was leaking through the mouthpiece . Also when in my handbags the button sometimes gets pressed while not being used which causes the vype to get hot . Is there away that the button can be locked while not in use ( safety device) apart from that I'm happy with the vype.
