I would like to say that the vype product had stopped me from smoking from the new year till now.I only use my vype account to order refills and have been disappointed with quite a few refills either leaking or the vapour actually being drawn up through the neck into my mouth I have actually phoned yourselves and left a message but no one has called me back.the actual pens are slightly shabby now after six months or so and will soon need replacing hoping this will help.
