the e-stick is very good and is the only type of e-cig that i have tryed that has really made the difference and has helped me stop smoking it as been 10 days now and not feeling stressy i would have gave the product a 5 star but where it is advertised to get around 200 puffs per tip i beleave this is virtually impossible to achieve i get around 75 to 100 puffs the only way you may achieve the 200 puffs is if you have the smallest of puffs that dont give you enough vape but over all its working for me i am now just trying to have 1 or 2 puffs when i feel i need a cig because otherwise will just get used to these but i do want to stop altogether
