I started using Vype about six months ago, first using the Estick and then moving on to the Epen. My experience with using Vype has been nothing but positive and enjoy it as an alternative to smoking tobacco (which i no longer want to do). The quality of the vapour and the flavour is excellent and gives a very nice smoke and vaping experience. I have also been really happy with the level and speed of customer service, whenever I have had an issue, which to be fair, was only once. But nevertheless, my problem was dealt with quickly, effectively and to my complete satisfaction. I always purchase my refills directly from the Govype website, because I like to take advantage of the cheaper price (£5.99 compared to £7.99 per pack in the shops) and there is also the buy 5 and get 1 free deal, plus the free shipping. As long as the price does not go up, I have no doubt that i will continue to use Vype for as long as I need it.
