Certainly helped me to stop smoking (6weeks) - has proved to be an expensive method, although I would have been spending it on tobacco! I don't crave a real cigarette, hate the smell and find I'm happy to be in other smokers company without wanting one, so my next step is to reduce Nicotine. I've tried to do this by vaping but it's such a inconsistent method (difficulty finding right e liquid, probably tried 20 flavours and makes and poor quality atomisers). It's not an easy road but Vype has made it much easier then the previous times I've tried to quit Jane
