No major issues, and very easy to use and refill, recently had to replace unit after only a couple of months as would not hold charge. Different strength and more flavours would be good but I see you are addressing this issue.. An idea would be to allow the new flavour packs to be able to be added on to the multi buy option, therefore trying the new flavour for free
