I purchased a black starter kit from tesco and a white kit from your website. the black ones battery is rubbish, and the caps did not last very long, half the time of the white set, so I thought it must be faulty, so I took it back to tescos, who didn't want to know and told me to send it back to you. well I am afraid I cant be bothered to pack this up, drive to the post office to get the packet weighed so to pay postage to return an item to you that will probally be put in the bin, as I have no physical proof of purchase, just a mountain of disappointment Sue
