The order was dispatched within the 3 days specified so I was happy with the service. However, on the webpage when I placed my order it stated that with every order of 5 packs of tip refills a sixth would be sent free. I ordered 10 packs and so expected 2 free packs, which I didn't get. This will not prevent me from ordering again however, as overall the service was very good.
