I have tried weaning myself off cigarettes before, but this has been the easiest transition.
I would recommend this to anyone! Literally switched from one day to the next with no issues or pangs for a normal cigarette - 2 months later still going strong and wouldn't dream of going back onto cigarettes. I do wish there were a few more flavours but the cherry and apple flavours are my personal favourites.
