First time user on one hand I'm delighted the even is really good enjoy the smoke from it and it saves me the hassle of filling a ecig with liquid a wee bit disappointed though I ordered 6 refill packets but only received 2 but when I wrote to you you did send an email saying you would deliver the missing items. It was a quick response so I'm delighted with the service. First day of using it so far I can't fault the ecig itself nice to look at very comfortable and easy to use.
