Good service but I really think you could do more to recycle. I like the product but some encouragement to get people recycling your products would be good. You could offer points to exchange for products on returning used clearomizers, batteries etc as other companies do.
Also it would be good to have an option of replacing used coils so the clearomizer can be reused. Again other companies provide this facility so it would be nice to have the option.
